BAMS: burpees, American hammers, merkins, squats. Started with 5 of each, down and back on the field. Then 10 of each. Down and back. 15 of each, down and back. 20 of each. Pick up the 6 (YHC). Mosey to flag.

10 BBS. Bear crawl across parking lot. 10 BBS. Crab walk across parking lot. 10 BBS. Bear crawl across. 10 BBS. Crawl bear back. 1 cool down lap. 5 minutes of Mary.

Thankful for these solid guys at the dungeon. Numbers have been low, but they are some solid PAX. 6 months strong at The Dungeon. Next month is already full on the Q sheet, and YHC is not on it!
