It has been 1yr since YHC stumbled into The Gloom of the Amphitheatre(The Lab). After an exhausting EH attempt and YHC running out of excuses, I stepped out and set in motion what turned into a year of acceleration. I have seen changes physically, mentally and spiritually. This disruption of my normal sedentary lifestyle has also positively impacted my 2.0(Weasley) and set him on his own path of acceleration.

The recent passing of our brother Cardinal in F3-Knoxville during his VQ took me back to 1 year ago as a FNG and then a new person getting introduced to F3 myself.  It was a whirl-wind time of trying to understand the culture while still navigating life. One word to sum up this time: “Energy”. Energy from the PAX, and physical energy from within propelled me into the next Beatdown, and the next, and the next.

From this reflection, YHC found the “Cardinal Run-&-Repeat VQ” and decided to take the honor of leading the PAX of The Clinic through this Q. It was a humbling BD full of hard work, remembrance, encouragement, and honor. A great analogy of the past year in F3 for PAX around the globe just like myself.
