INTRO:

It was finally not raining, and we had a good PAX turnout for the Q.  YHC had no idea that all the construction was going on, so I had to switch up my plans somewhat.  Oh, and we had PopTard’s baby 2.0 to join our adventure in her stroller

WARM-O-RAMA:

THE THANG:

Had PAX grab rucks and we did roughly 3 miles  of downtown Woodstock staying fairly close to the amphitheater.  I didn’t realize downtown Woodstock had that much construction going on, so I had to modify our plans somewhat.  PopTard decided to bring his baby 2.0 in her stroller, which led to some modifying for him and Sooorie.  We mixed in sandbags, stairs and some Ruck on exercises along the way.  And there was a 5 Manmaker penalty if the baby cried.  Luckily, that was only once.

Sets & Exercises:

• Ruck up stairs  and then Step Downs/Bernie’ or down the steps with ruck on the way back to the amphitheater airchairing on the 6

     • 50 Monkey Humpers w/ ruck at stage OYO
  2. Round 2: Ruck to Canyons fast pace
     • 50 Curls w/ ruck at stage using sandbags OYO
  3. Round 3: Ruck around square w/ Coupons
     • 20 Copperhead Squats w/ ruck OYO
  4. Round 4: Ruck to Chat Tech fast pace
     • 20 Overhead Press w/ Ruck using sandbags
  5. Round 5: Ruck around the square w/ Coupons
     • 50 Monkey Humpers w/ ruck at stage OYO
  6. Round 6: Ruck to Century House fast pace

Kept rucks on, picked up our sandbags and did curls until the 6 was in.
