• 11’s with merkins and squats with long run (55 each)
• 11’s with burpees and squats short run (didn’t get the 100 here)
• 11’s with merkins and squats with no run (55 each… 110 total of each)
• 5 sets of 20 each, dips and calf-raises (100 each)
• swingset pulls in sets of 10 (tried for 100 total… got about 60)
• run 100+ yards….  50% sprinting uphill… counts as 100 yd sprint.  Staying with 100-theme
