Warmup:

Mosey to upper parking lot, standard warmup exercises like SSH, Windmill, Sun Gods, etc.

The Thang:

Mosey down to the school parking lot for some 1000 Reps Before Bed. 20 total rounds. 5 Merkins, 10 Dips, 15 Squats, 20 LBCs is 1 round. After every fifth round, “short” mosey and back for more. First mosey went down to the police station and back. This was a little far, so the next two were modified to around the parking lot and back. For the final mosey, we went back to the police station. This was all we had time for, so once most PAX were done, moseyed back up the hill to the flag.

NMM:

Another fun and successful evening at the Night Train! We have become a pretty frequent stop for 2.0s, especially since it is summer break and the sun sets later. This has been a lot of fun to see and we are happy to have them. Perhaps a little odd with all the kids, working out in a school parking lot, all at the direction of some dude called “Amber Alert”. 2.0s definitely change the chatter a little and we have to be a little careful running near the road. But none of that can stop Jackalope from keeping his nipples hydrated.

21 was our biggest number to date at NT, and we had 4 FNGs! Jackalope’s twin daughters named themselves Elsa and Goofy. Stumpy’s 2.0 was named SeaBass due to his love for fishing and many Dumb and Dumber quotes quickly ensued. Then we got to name Farmer’s Only. He told us he met his M on EHarmony and was even included in a commercial for them. Never a dull moment at the best evening AO in all of Cherokee County!!
