The nicest morning of the summer saw 6 PAX, including 1 FNG, now named McLovin, and 1 kid, JoyCon, too young to be invited to Slack (Bonilla I’m looking in your general direction), come out and run around the parking lot.

Warmup.

Short mosey and the Colosseum standard side straddle hops, weed pickers, imperial walkers, sun gods and michael phelps.

The Thang.

Long distance elevens.  Elevens but instead of going back and forth we just kept going around the perimeter of the Colosseum stopping every 50 yards for merkins and squats.  Short mosey to . . .

Sevens.  At the “sports field,” where the sign clearly welcomes everyone to use, or so I assume, it was dark, we did sevens on the hill mike tyson’s at the bottom and LBCs at the top.  Short mosey to . . .

Fives.  Dips on the curb, bear crawls across some parking spaces, imperial walkers, and then lunges back over.

Mosey back to the spirit flag for 1 minute of Mary that ran out before any Mary.
