YHC showed up with 5 minutes to spare and with only Fiddlesticks there at the time! Nature Boy came in with 2 minutes to spare and we were able to have some good ole fun!

Starting on one side of the parking lot did Big Boys and then run to the opposite end right next to the rock to do Jump Squats. Started with 1 Big Boy to 10 Jump Squats

finished that and moved on to another round of 11s to where we cut the length in half. to where 1 LBC to 10 Squats

Didn’t finish the 2nd round but it was a good time Almost got 3 miles! Excellent work gents!
