2 sets of step ups on the bench (40 sec) and squat holds (20 sec)

2 sets of dips on bench and dip holds

2 sets of butt squats and lunge holds

The PAX was smoked… Speed Ball for the last 15 minutes.  Everyone was sad that Backdraft wasn’t there to play inappropriate defense but we managed.  IceT laying out for a deep ball was the high light of the game.
