The Thang:

Started off with a mosey on the track where we paired up and two pax took off sprinting as far as they thought they needed to knock out 15 brokins before the pax caught up to them. The penalty is 5 burpees if caught. We cycled through all the pairs of pax and then headed over in front of the tennis courts for some 11’s with 2-count LBC’s at the bottom of the hill then right leg left leg step-ups on the picnic table benches. Well, this ended up being 22’s at which Grylls said “is this Lizard’s first Q?”

Once finished, we moseyed through the woods to the playground area for more 11’s. This time it was donkey kicks, run through the playground area back to the wall for merkins and more donkey kicks. At this point, the pax were pretty smoked when we finished and we had completed about 2.75 miles.

We then moseyed over to the field and circled up on the soccer field and used the center circle where one pax would call out an exercise and the pax did the exercise while the pax who called the exercise bear crawled around the pax back to his spot. Rinse and Repeat until all pax had a turn.

Finally, we moseyed to the flag for 8 minutes of marry. In all, we completed just over 3 miles.

COT: Prayers for Sgt. Slaughter for discernment concerning his upcoming reserves test which means he stays in the Reserves if he passes but he will be sent to the border if he fails then he faces leaving the Reserves. Prayers for Bagger’s two family members who are struggling with health issues and one is in dire need of a miracle.
