Warm-Up: Mosey to the senior center to avoid the rain. SSH, Weedpickers, Sobriety arm circles were hard post beer mile, Arm pretzels.
The Thang: Leeeeeeeeeeeroy Jenkins – at any point during the workout you can call Leeroy Jenkins and we have to all sprint to the gate, 3 burpees and walk back.

- Jack webs – 1 merkin 4 arm raises , 2 merkins 8 arm raises and continue. This one went to 11. Much mumble chatter and LJ’s called.
- 1 jump squat, 2 bonnie blairs – This one SUCKED. MUCH mumble chatter, encouragement and LJ’s called. This one went to 10/20
- 1 Big boy, 4 American Hammers – I think this one went to 10 and some of my secrets were revealed.
- Mosey back to the flag – Name o-rama with the traditional Shane Williams 44 Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeroy Jenkins called. One more sprint to finish it out properly.
COT: Post beer mile and dinners everyone was feeling it. It was time to get back to work and we did. The pax showed up, worked hard and kicked ass. Great awful time.
