My name is Jackalope and I was the Q at the Chatterbox this morning.  First, I want to say that we had 18 dadgum dudes show up this morning for my Q….people drive hundreds of miles to see me….freakin’ amazing what I can pull these days.

We first mosi’ed around towards the tennis courts and did warm-a-rama.  I did 3 classic Jackalope warm up in cadence of 7:  monkey humpers, Alabama prom date, and something I can’t remember where you are in the plank position and you hump the ground.  For these exercises, I give Amber Alert an A+ and now I know where he got his name….dadgum bullcorn has a very strong and flexible pelvic area…check it out like I did next time you are post with him (I couldn’t stop staring).

We then mosied in search of the cinder blocks, but because I haven’t posted at the Chatterbox I’m 5 months, they were not where I thought.  So we then headed across the park to where they were located, picked them up, and mosied all the way back over to the pavilion area.

So check this out…..this is my dadgum favorite part….I had everyone jog with a cinder block across the park, had 3 pax pull kettlebells from their cars (because we were short), and then I gave the bullcorn pax the directions.  The directions were to partner up and do 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (total count) of various exercises, while the other runs ~1/4 mile in the woods in a loop.  This is the great part…..because it was partner exercise, we only needed 1 cinder block for each group of 2 pax…..not 18!!!  I just didn’t think through it….I will have to do dadgum better next time.  My mind was distracted as I couldn’t take my eyes off of Drumsticks calves, Dig ‘Em abs, Trill’s beard, Chubb’s spandex tight shorts, and Baggers hair.
