BoSox’s 2.0s led this evening.  Bounty Hunter has taken to the F3 culture.  He calls out exercises like a pro.  Predator needs some work.

Amber Alert brought his 2.os and one of their friends.  They were all girls, and they kicked butt.

Ran from the flag down to the daycare center parking lot.  After a disjointed warmup led by Predator, Bounty Hunter took over.  We completed 10 reps of 5 exercises (LBCs, monkey humpers, merkins, squats, and dips), and then took a lap around the parking lot.  Reps dropped to 9 for the 2nd round, and so on and so on.  After that was completed, we went back to the flag for some Mary.

Fun evening with the 2.0s.   Glad to see Subzero out in the Upside Down Gloom (patent pending).
