5 men came out for a chilly BD.  Quick mosey to the front of the football field for some SSH, weed pickers, imperial walkers and sun gods.

The workout was a circuit of 20 reps of 5 exercises:  Lunges, American Hammers, Merkins, Squats, and LBCs.  After each circuit, PAX would take one lap around the parking lot between the school and the football field.  Finished up with a few minutes of Mary before the COT.

I wish the numbers were a bit higher, but I enjoyed the chatter between the guys.  Village People and Coach Twilight have become regulars at the Vineyard.  Great to see them each week.  Also love posting with the OGs Mouth to Mouth and Lizard King.
