After a lot of encouragement on slack to have a good turnout, only 4 brave souls faced the threat of bad weather head on–but in the end not single drop of rain fell.

Warm-up: Moseyed down to the football field, and had a little warm up across the width of the field consisting of butt kicks, skips, karaoke, backward run, hamstring stretches, opposite leg stretch, cartwheels, and forward rolls.  Took a stroll around the campus back behind the bus lane and up some stairs, stopping along the way at lampposts for 5 ‘merkins.

The THANG: 21 sucks.  Arrived at the top of parking lot.  Thing was 21’s with burpees and Handstand Push-ups on the concession stand (mod: HS shoulder taps, 1&).  Probably should have done 11’s, but, you know, last beatdown of ’21.  No one finished.

With about 5 minutes remaining, we moseyed down to the football field for some Eddy Sprints.  3 groups.  One group always sprinting in a relay kind of deal.
