Well its YHC’s birthday and what better way to celebrate than a day at Crossroads!

Here we go, we stayed at the flag for some reps of Merkins, Squats, LBCs, and Lunges but after each one you take a lap around the parking lot. The fun part was the 29 reps of each exercise. YHC got the response of the what the hell variety cause who does 29 reps! But its YHC’s 29th birthday have to get that right! with over 2.5 miles completed and most of us on the 3 set we knocked it all out.
