The morning was foggy, but the temperatures were perfect for a run.  Below is the route.

Run up Rope Mill
Right on Ridge Trail
Cross over Ridgewalk Pkwy run up past Costco through the neighborhood and back around to Ridgewalk. Careful crossing the road.
Turn Left onto Ridgewalk back to Main St.
if you want some extra miles, take the running path around the Rec Center.
Back to Main St and back to Canyons.

Gambler was our 6th man.  Praying for health and for wisdom.  He needs it…don’t we all?
