• 1st set of 11s
  • Merkins, broad jump for 20 yards, bonnie blairs, mosey back to start
• Take a lap around the lot back to the bottom of the hill
• 2nd set of 11s
  • Mike Tysons, run up the hill, Star Jumps, run back down
• Mosey up to the wall
• 3rd set of 11s
  • Box jumps (or stepups), derkins

Finish with a long indian run back to the flag, and that’s time!

Definitely should have busted out a 311 playlist for this beatdown but didn’t think of that until after – oh well!
