The Thang:

Moseyed to the stairs between the schools for the warm-up.

Circled up for:

15x SSH
10x Imperial Walkers
10x Weed Pickers
10x Toy Soldiers
5x Bent Leg Body Twists

Time to begin!

Corner 1: War AKA The Wall of 11’s

PAX chose a spot on the wall for a round of 11’s. Exercises were Step-Ups or Box Jumps and Derkins. Quick mosey to the Grapes of Wrath hill for corner 2

Corner 2: Death AKA Side Straddle Hill

PAX partnered up for this one. 1 PAX ran up the hill and back while the other PAX did SSH’s. Partners picked up each other’s counts until they reached the magic number, 200 SSH’s. Another quick 10-count and then we moseyed to the 3rd corner to the front of the school.

The PAX falling down the hill was just an added bonus to this corner

Corner 3: Famine AKA The Quarter Pounder

PAX lined up across the parking lot. One the command ‘GO’ they sprinted to the first light pole (roughly 25 yrds away) to perform an exercise and then sprinted back. Then we sprinted to the 2nd light pole and so on and so forth until we reached the 4th light pole. Exercises were:

1st pole – 25 Carolina Dry Docks

2nd pole – 50 Squats

3rd pole – 75 Mountain Climbers (Rubicon Count)

4th pole – 100 SSH’s

Corner 4: Pestilence AKA 10 Minute Burpee Palooza

Already circled up so let’s get right to it. YHC set a Tabata Timer for 10 rounds at 60 seconds each. Goal was to do 10 Burpees as fast as you can each minute using the remainder as rest time between intervals.

PAX swept up the 6 as we moseyed back to the flag to wrap-up with 30 seconds of Mary. Great work!

It’s been a while since I’ve visited the South’s best AO and man was it a perfect day! Prayers for those battling COVID and for our brother One Scoop.
