With plenty of sandbags, we farmer carried 2 to the field and dropped them to go run a bit to warm up and sprinkled in 5 sets of 10 reps Merkins, Squates and BBSUs.

Then we went to the player’s zone on the turf field for the main event:

• 10 Broad Jump across the big white player zone as far as you can and jog back to repeat.  Leapin’ Lizards – have you seen C4 lift off??!!  Once complete, run across field to other side and repeat 10 more reaps.  Total 5 sets.
• 10 Commando Taps which is hell raisers plus shoulder taps and run across field to repeat for 5 sets.
• 10 Mike Tyson Burpees run across field and repeat for 5 sets.

Go to the bags 2 a piece.

• throw one bag at a time forward as far as possible, run to the bag and throw one bag at a time over head behind you.  Run to other endzone and perform 10 crunchy frogs at end zone and then run back to bags and repeat twice.

Farmer carry bags back to flags and enjoyed a lovely impromptu 3 happy jacks.   The beatdown had something challenging for everyone present….

COT was thriving with plenty of open discussion about feelings and emotions and the faucets turned full on with tears as each man shared from the depths of their hearts.   And then we all quickly exited for some good coffee at Race Trak learning about the origins of how Steely Dan was named.  You missed out……
