This was a cool morning (and not temperature wise)…..the reason being is that we had 4 dudes, with 1 dude each in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s.  This is what makes F3 what it is……diverse, but with common goals of coming together to workout, further develop relationships, and growing together spiritually.

We ran for an hour and it was great…..come on out and give the Flying J a try if you haven’t.
