The Thang:

Park 1:

– 100 ice cold metal bleacher dips

Part 2:

Count of into 2 teams.  Team 1 and team 2 lineup and relay race.  As first member runs to other side of parking lot, toe taps curb, completes 10 SSH, then runs back to team line.  Everyone is doing Merkins while relay member is running.  Rinse a s repeat through team by doing Merkins, Flutter Kicks, and Squats for 2 Rounds

Part 3:

same as Part 2, except only difference is all PAX had a coupon, and the exercises were OH Presses with Coupon, American Hammers with coupon, and stationary forward and reverse lunges without coupon.  2 Rounds.

Part 4:

Ring of Fire:

PAX circled up for coupon curls where everyone held their coupon in curl position as each PAX did 10 curls with perfect form, the the next person in line did 10 curls, then each one after until everyone completed.

Roxanne: PAX remained in the circle, assumed the high plank position, and YHC played the song Roxanne.  All Men would go a Merkin when they hear the name Roxanne in the song.  YHC reminded them that this would be funnest 3.5 minutes of the day.  Also YHC asked if anyone was cold in 23degrees weather, and no one was????????

COT:

YHC appreciated the turnout on 23 degree cold day.  Prayers were lifted up for Viceroy’s daughter in-law who will be having a baby this moray, prayers for Depends friends daughter, and for Waffle Cone.

Naked Moleskin:

9 unpleasantly surprised PAX when YHC started this BD in 23 degree cold with 100 Dips for the dip challenge on cold metal bleachers.  We all became stronger for it, and all ended quite pleased when Dough Boy saved the day with cookies at 2nd F coffee and hot chocolate????????
