split in pairs one partner ran lap the other did exercise 4 rounds, flutter kicks, jump squats, merkins, planks then each pair did 40 burpees together. Ran to loading dock jumped up down 10x with 10 SSH each time. Ran to start and up hill 5x with 10 merkins top and bottom each hill. Finished off with 5 min of Mary and 10 more burpees.
