Fun in the park on this beautiful Saturday morning.  Thankful to have Big Easy (FNG) to join the beatdown!  Did a little mosey to the tennis courts to warm up with SSH, weed pickers, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.   Went back to the track to start: 4x4x4.  Four laps, with four stations of four exercises: 5 BBS, 10 Mericans, 15 SSHs, and 20 Squats.  Pushed through the heat to finish just in time to fit a quick 11s filled with Burpees and Monkey Humpers using the torcher hill.  Went back to the flag to finish with M-A-R-Y…and a very sloooow 30 count of 6 inches.  Count-o-Rama, Name-o-Rama, FNG named (Big Easy), and Prayers.
