We did 55s today with merkins and BBS. We started with 5 merkins, bear crawled halfway across the field, 3 Bobby Hurley, ran to end of field 50 BBS, and finally taking a lap around the Flight Deck. Each round increased by 5 merkins and decreased by 5 BBS until time was called.
