Short mosey to the top of the driveway.  Turned on tunes for Z93.  Started out with some It’s Alright by 311 to get that guy off my back.  Sega and Lars came in hot.  5 cores, Michael Phelps, Sun Gods, Let’s do this thang.

YHC and Bosox posted at F3 Winston-Salem a few weeks back, and we were introduced to 55’s.  It’s like 11’s but suckyer.

5 Merkins, run the parking lot to the other entrance.  50 BBS.  Run back to other entrance.

10 Merkins, run, 45 BBS, run.

You get the drift.

At the half way point, you had to stop and do 5 heal touch squat jumps.

Along the way, YHC asked random trivia questions to the PAX about each other mainly focusing on Tenderloin.  He is the site Q.  Everyone should know the site Q better.  If you got the question wrong about your fellow PAX, each of you had to do 10 burpees.  Tenderloin did about 100 burpees, but at least we all now know that he drove a Honda Odyssey to the BD this morning.  Living that Dad Life!!!!
