55’s with trivia.  Squats and BBS. Run about 0.20 miles between.  There is a bog rock at the end of one of the islands.  Do three hand release burpees each time you pass it.

Trivia was all about getting to know Lively, the site Q, better.  We learned a lot because we did not know a lot.

I leave it up to you to figure out the questions.  Kind of like Jeopardy.

I am pretty sure that Crossroads is further from YHC’s house than Castle Black, but it was great to get over there and Q.  A lost less swearing and vulgarity than I expected.  I guess that is what happens when Z93 bails on you for the Colosseum.
