Stations, IW’s, Derkinds, BBS, Squats. – run between stations.

First lap 7 reps each, followed by 14, then 21, 28, then back down.

Finished with a plank Bring Sally Up for a facebook challenge. 21 flutters Kodiak. then 21’s, aw gee I messed it up: burpees and second attempt for 21’s.
