YHC had to start this one off right seeing how I fartsacked my early morning Q at WSR. Green Mile was feeling the funk and decided to keep his space and monitor us from around the track.

Pax grabbed some 40lb SBs and headed to the field for some suck. After warmorama YHC brought back one of the ugly ironpax from 2021 with a light modification

Round 1 – 8 burpees then sprint the width of the field then another 8 burpees for a total of 88 burpees

Round 2 – 8 Curls then coupon carry to opposite side of the field then 8 curls for total of 88 curls

Round 3 – 88 OHP then rifle carry then 88 OHP

With remaining time we moseyed back to the flag where we became freeloaders to the interesting music selection coming from woodshed. We circled up for some ring of fire with each pax picking an exercise for 5 rounds.
