The Thang:

Line up in the parking lot for Bearway to Heaven. Bear crawl to the first parking space line, knock out 1 burpee and then bear crawl back. Then bear crawl to the second parking space line for 2 burpees and then bear crawl back. Continue until Stairway to Heaven is done playing.

Mosey over to the picnic pavilion for some 11s with steps ups and star jumps. At the top of the hill at the picnic tables the pax started with 1 double step up. Then run to the bottom of the hill next to the tennis courts for 10 star jumps]

After knocking out a set of 11s, the pax entered the tennis courts for the following:

• Crab walk to the opposite side of the tennis courts for 10 crab cakes
• Lunge walk back to the starting side for 10 shoulder taps
• Crab walk back for 10 plank jacks]
• Lunge walk back for 10 mountain climbers
• Crab walk back for 10 regular merkins
• Lunge walk back for 10 hand release merkins
• Crab walk back for 10 diamond merkins
• Lunge walk back for 10 close merkins
• Crab walk back and end on 10 wide merkins.

Mosey back up to the field and track. Line up in two groups and begin to mosey around the track. When YHC yells go, the first two pax take off and run as fast and as far as they need to in order to create enough separation from the group in order to stop and knock out 10 BBS. If the group of pax on the mosey catches them, then it is a 10 burpee penalty for two pax that were not able to complete the BBS.

Wrapped up with a round of mary that included:

• American Hammers
• Flutter Kicks
• Copperhead Squats
