A seasoned 14-year-old F3 veteran, PianoMan, brought the pain to this soggy morning.  After PianoMan sprinted through a mosey around the tennis complex, we paired up and cumulatively did 100 Burpees, 150 Squats, 200 (2x) Flutter Kicks, 250 SSHs, and 300 Big Boys.  After some mild complaining about the number of Big Boys, we moved to the tennis courts for some full contact dodgeball.  In order to inflict maximum humiliation, those that got hit with a blue ball were punished with 5 merkins before returning to action and those hit with the red “bonus” ball had to complete 10 merkins.  Mostly, we got to revert to acting like 10-year-olds in a smelly elementary school gym.
