It was a great morning to get in over 6 miles at the Flying J and burn ~1K calories.  The weather was a bit cooler with lower humidity, so it was great….but not only because of the weather, but the 5 pax that showed up to run at 5:15am.

I was by far the slowest of the pax, coming in at 9:00/miles…..the other 4 runners are Elite and kicked ass!

We ran South on Main St to Hwy 92, went East to Trickum Rd, and came back.  It was great and if you were there, you missed it!
