It was YHC’s F3 1 year anniversary. It’s been a year! So, after warmorama, YHC wanted to share some favorite F3 things:

Warmorama — SSHs, Weed Pickers, SGs, MPs

Here are a few of YHC’s “favorite” F3 things:
1. An Indian (Guardian) run around the campus
2. Dora with 4 tire stations: 1 partner did suicides as a timer for the other partner who was flipping, shrugging, dragging, and pulling tires (thanks to Koi for the assist!). Each PAX would have a turn and then would rotate to the next tire.
3. String of pearls with PAX calling a dealer’s choice exercise in cadence. (That’s F3 bingo!)
