Warm-O-Rama

After a short mosey to the top of the parking lot and a quick butchering of the disclaimer by YHC (thanks Saluki), the PAX performed SSH’s, Windmills, Hillbillies (miscalled Imperial Walkers), and Michael Phelps. To get the blood pumping a little more, the PAX knocked out a quick 21-15-9: 21 BBS, 21 SSH, 21 Merkins, 15 of each exercise, and 9 of each.

The Thang/s

Thang 1 — Tearing up theĀ PavementĀ 
It’s been said that it’s better to die on your feet than to live on your knees. YHC thoroughly agrees. During Thang 1, YHC lived on my knees, and it thoroughly sucked. Beginning at the top of the parking lot, each PAX performed the following circuit:

Walking Lunges — roughly 20 yds (to speed bump 1)
Burpee Broadjumps — roughly 40 yds (from speed bump 1 to speed bump 2)
Bearcrawls — roughly 50 yds (from speed bump 2 to speed bump 3)
**Rinse and repeat for 3 total rounds

Thang 2 — BOMBS Away
For the second half of the BD, YHC introduced a little friendly competition. The name of the game was team B.O.M.B.S…times 2. The PAX split up into 4 teams of 4 and had 1 minute to strategize. The goal for each team was to complete the following exercises as fast as possible in no particular order:

6 Laps (1/3 mile loop)
100 Burpees
200 Overhead Claps
300 Merkins
400 BBS
500 Squats

The Burpees royally sucked after doing so many earlier in the workout! With a few steams still finishing up, YHC called back to the flag. In the last 60 seconds, the PAX performed a few J-Lo’s and American Hammers.
