Run up the Bascomb hill  do 3 burpees at top then back down 3 burpees at bottom.  Repeat 5 times (30 burpees)

The Thang # 2  

“shoot the glass” – High Knees across the Bascomb parking lot.

“Yippee Ki-Yay Run” – Line up for an Indian Run but when the PAX get to the front they yell “Yippe Ki-Yay! so the next PAX goes.

The Thang #3

Mosey through the woods and a sort of trail to the turf field.

Line up on the Goal Line.  Where is John McClane when he says “come out to the coast we’ll get together have a few laughs?”  He’s army crawling through the vents!  

5 Merkins, then Army Crawl 5 yards, repeat to the 50

The Thang #4

Terrorists (who turn out to be robbers) seize control of the building and threaten to blow it up. So next up is BOMBS (Burpees, Overhead Claps, Merkins, Big Boy Sit Ups and Squats).  

What were the names of the 2 FBI Agents in Die Hard?  Special Agent Johnson and Special Agent Johnson.  No relation.  Since they were partners we need to partner up for the BOMBS!

Partner 1 runs around the entire football field while Partner 2 does the exercise. Everyone does one set of each exercise, switching exercise when partner returns
