It’s a holiday, so YHC suggested doing something extra:  Ruck for 1 hour at the Witch and then Run for 1 hour at the Witch with the normal gazelle running crew.  It sounded like a good idea.

YHC had a path planned but chunked it out immediately in favor of the “where does this trail go” plan.  We explored new places, saw new terrain, and had a good time.

We finished 8 mins early to prep for the run.

YHC took my first dump in the woods since joining F3.  Yay.
