Since Drumstick “said” he was not familiar with The Murph to get out of a particular exercise, I prepped a 0.4 mi loop with partial bushwhacking.
Each time thru the pull up area, pax to perform a total of 10 pull ups, 20 push-ups and 30 air squats all OYÓ.

Most pax got 6 loops in just short of 3mi while I got 5.
Finished with some Mary to help with Drumstick’s core.
COT was subdued and everyone scrambled after 2 fingers of coffee.  Everyone was whining  about not getting sufficient sleep – but I did learn the following:  Kiffin had the weight of the world on his shoulders, Cricket had a late night Chipotle that sapped him of strength.  Homeboy wanted to bed down with Garfield in the pine straw.  Tally man and Woody worked hard.  Yogi and WhiteClaw slept together in the parking lot waiting for the trails to open.  Drumstick shaves his legs.  Breezy played by himself.

The rest of the turkeys that are in the channel but didn’t show missed a hard workout at 31 degrees.  Manning feigned an injury.
