A new reign started today at Happy Jack if only for a quarter as White Claw took over quarterly Q responsibilities to give C4 a much needed break.  C4 has been very welcoming since the first time YHC showed up a few months ago so taking over Q responsibilities for a quarter was an easy decision.  YHC wanted to start thing of right.

WOR:

Started off by grabbing the bags and heading to the bottom of the road that leads up to the tennis courts for some SSH, Weedpickers, Mtn Climbers, and Buzzsaw (Homeboy sounded like he was hoping for pickle pounders).

The Thang:

After WOR PAX stayed at the bottom of the road and partnered off for some Burp Back Mountain modified with the bags to Man Makers of course.  Partner A would backpedal up the hill to the little tree after the light pole then sprint back to start while Partner B would perform Man Makers until Partner A returned then flapjack.  Repeat until each group total 50 Man Makers.

Next PAX moseyed up the hill to the benches for a round of Aiken Legs with the bags.  10 Thrusters, 10 Squats, 10 Step Ups (Kodiak Count), 10 Lunge Pulses (Kodiak Count), and 10 Romanian Dead Lifts (Kodiak Count).

Next mosey was over to the turf football field for a quick lap without the bags to loosen up.  Upon returning it was time for Escalating 4 Corners.  Started with a farmer carry w/ bag in one hand to 50 yard line do 5 Man Makers then farmer carry w/ bag to 1st corner for 10 Big Boy Sit Ups w/ Bag.  Next Zamperini bag to 2nd corner for 10 Big Boy Sit Ups w/ Bag and 20 Freddie Mercuries (Kodiak Count).  Next farmer carry w/ bag in one hand to 50 yard line do 5 Man Makers then farmer carry w/ bag to 3rd corner for 10 Big Boy Sit Ups w/ Bag, 20 Freddie Mercuries (Kodiak Count),  and 30 American Hammers (Kodiak Count). PAX asked if Hammers were with the bag and YHC responded sure (like didn’t plan on it but why not).  YHC then modified without the bag and caught a lot heat about the Q modifying yada yada yada.  Finally Zamperini bag to 2nd corner for 10 Big Boy Sit Ups w/ Bag, 20 Freddie Mercuries (Kodiak Count), 30 American Hammers w/o Bag (Kodiak Count), 40 Flutter Kicks (Kodiak Count).

It was then time to mosey back to the flag for some Diamond Merkins, 5 Man Makers, and Crunchy Frogs.
