Warmup: Moseyed over to the airplane for 15 SSH IC, 8 WP IC, 12 Copperhead Squats IC, Sun Gods OYO, and Michael Phelps OYO.

The workout: After moseying back to the parking lot we began a circuit of stationary exercise followed by a travel exercise for a portion of the parking lot then a mosey back to the stationary exercise location. While we exercised, some famous training montages (some more so than others) played in the background. If a PAX correctly named the movie from which it came, we reduced our rep count by 1 at the stationary station. We increased by 1 for each wrong answer. The PAX present displayed impressive knowledge of montage musical scores other than one song from Footloose that gave us trouble (blast you Kevin Bacon).  We started at 5 reps and added a rep to the stationary exercise for each lap, adjusting for the trivia answers. After 2 songs we would switch to a different stationary exercise and travel exercise, continuing to build on the rep count from the previous round. After circling the lot many times, only a few wrong answers, but a lot of sweat, we ended the workout somewhere in the high teens, depending on how many laps each PAX accomplished. The exercise pairings were as follows:

Round 1, Burpees (stationary) followed by Lunges (travel);

Round 2, Mike Tysons followed by Sprints;

Round 3, Squats followed by Bear Crawl;

Round 4, Plank Jacks followed by Bernie Sanders out and Karaoke back in.

We finished the workout with approximately 6 minutes of Mary. 15 American Hammers IC, 15 Flutter Kicks IC, then other PAX came to the struggling Q’s rescue. Snot Rocket led us through 15 Box Cutters IC, Clickbait J Lo’s IC, Twilight LBC’s IC, Icy Hot Monkey Humpers IC. And with only about 15 seconds left on the clock we experienced our latest ever flyover at the Flight Deck, causing us to finish the workout with 10 burpees.

We concluded our time with a Circle of Trust. After the Name-o-rama we had the chance to hear from the 6th man, pray for the work search of a PAX, pray for a sick child in the community, and offer praise for an unexpected but welcomed housing turn of events for another PAX.
