Thang 1

  1. Partner up; partner 1 runs to opposite goal line and does 15 merkins.
  2. Partner 2 is doing AMRAP leg raises.
  3. Do these until team totals 250 leg raise

Thang 2

  1. Switch Partners, partner 1 runs to opposite goal line and does 15 hand release merkins.
  2. Partner 2 is doing AMRAP flutter kicks.
  3. Do these until team totals 400 flutter kicks
    1. * LBCs while waiting on the 6

Thang 3 – Fox Holes

  1. Starting at goal line, do 1 merkin, roll-over, 2 merkins, roll-over, 3 merkins…all the way to the 25 yard line
  2. At 25 YL, do 1 BBS, roll-over, 2 BBS, roll-over..all the way to the 50 YL
  3. At 50 YL, bear crawl 5 yards, 1 burpee, bear crawl 5 yards 2 burpees..all the way to Goal Line.

Time is up..run to the Flag for some Mary!
