Thang 3 – Fox Holes
- Starting at goal line, do 1 merkin, roll-over, 2 merkins, roll-over, 3 merkins…all the way to the 25 yard line
- At 25 YL, do 1 BBS, roll-over, 2 BBS, roll-over..all the way to the 50 YL
- At 50 YL, bear crawl 5 yards, 1 burpee, bear crawl 5 yards 2 burpees..all the way to Goal Line.
