Began with a short mosey and warmup;

• Side-straddle hops
• Weed pickers
• Copperhead merkins
• Copperhead squats

We moseyed to the hill and did a LBC/6 inch ladder up and an American hammer/plank ladder down.

In the parking lot we we did a partner activity with side planks and approximately 150 Big Boys each.
