F3, men who gather in the wee hours of the morning with the alleged purpose to get fitter / stay fitter / have fun / fellowship / fellow-whip / etc.  The F3 mothership in Cherokee County boasted 3 dudes in attendance each armed with an F3 logoed cinder block.  The idea was simple…

Warm Up:  Circled up around the fire hydrant for 10 SSH, 10 Hill Billies, 10 Merkins and various uncomfortable yoga moves.

First Thing: Slalom weave between the row of trees as if one was snow skiing in deep powder until one reached the front of the school to perform 10 monkey humpers for all kids to see who were arriving to school.  Then weave back to perform double legged thrusters.  We completed 5 rounds the took a short jog.

Second and Final Thing:   5 Action Figure Ladders….10 MERKINS, run 20 yards, 10 BBSUS, run back to start and perform 10 MERKINS, run 20 yards for 10 BBSUS then another 20 yards for 10 DONKEY KICKS against the school building and back to start to repeat all the previous and run an extra 20 yards to perform 10 UP RIGHT ROWS with the F3 cinder blocks and go back to the start to repeat the entire series 5 times again.  Recovered with a tempo run around the parking lot and one set of Harp’s fav box cutter jam.

The coffeeteria was unique this morning as we all sat around the flag on cinder blocks enjoying Legionnaire’s unique coffee blend of the day.
