Today was the first Challenge event for SUB17. Our goal was to ruck 4.5 miles in the allotted time of 1hour 15minutes.

We launched from the Noonday Trail entrance at Reformation Brewery with 7 brave souls. Our journey took us through the trails 2 miles and we exited at the Towne Lake pass. A few moderate hills challenged us before we reached Towne Lake Parkway which took us right back to the startex.

We beat our challenge by 6 minutes.

Mile 1 15:25, Mile 2 14:53, Mile 3 15:25, Mile 4 15:58 and Mile 4.5 16:27 pace.

We finished with a COT and YHC prayed us out which was a new experience since I generally ask someone else to do it. We prayed for PAX safe travels for vacation next week and for Tool Time’s M.

We will repeat this route in 1 month and try to beat our times.
