THE THANG:

Merkin Mile. Pax would line up and do an indian run where six man does 2 merkins and runs to front of the line. At the bottom of the hill, we did a 20 merkin ring of fire. We then did another merkin mile to the top of the hill and did 11’s with burpees and squats. We then mosied to the flag for ab themed mary’s.

As usual, the skinny bois did not want to do more merkins so Tenderloin and Brain Fart decided to sprint up the hill before they had to do more merkins. It wasn’t me this time, Guys!
