C4 had to split on Monkey Humper Wednesday. Something about traveling to watch Ed Sheeran now that he started touring again. Never get in the way of a Ginger following another Ginger on tour. Needless to say, YHC was happy to jump in and Q since I have the Monday quarter Q with Dory but have not Qed in what seems like weeks. When preparing to Q I saw that Chitwoof did not want to run so he skipped MW and was an HC to the Kodiak. So what better thing to do than rum with a bunch of monkey humpers. Walls of Jericho with 7 exercises. Merkins, squats, Big boys, carolina dry docks, lunges, donkey kicks and something else. Run a lap around the school. 77 monkey humpers waiting for the 6. YHC realized that this was not going to work because Chitwood, the world’s nicest batflipper, was going to hide out somewhere in the six. So time to modify. Mosey to the front of the school. Stop for derkins on the columns. Run around to the tear drop bus turn around. Mary for the six. Mini Cooper with 10 big boys, merkins and monkey humpers Run a lap around the tear drop 9 reps run a lap 8 reps until somewhere after the FIA ran by the Pax. Watch where you point those monkey humpers boys. Next up line up at the 9th light pole. 5 monkey humpers run to the next light pole 10 monkey humpers wait to easy now Chitwood is batflipping by running backwards so all Pax run backwards to the next light pole for 15 monkey humpers and so on. Made it to somewhere around 50 monkey humpers. Now Indian run around the parking lot back to the flag. Mary until 6:15.

We got to name an FNG today. He apparently came out with Pocket Pool and Slim Shady even though some dude named Cipriani was harassing him for 2 plus years. Any way he was named Small Things. We will leave it to the Pax to figure out where that came from.

We have had a lot a talk about region organization, leadership, culture etc. Love the talk because it keeps Pax accelerating. It’s always good to discuss how F3Cherokee continues to serve the mission.  The important thing to remember is that leadership is all about service. It’s not about you. It’s about the pax, the fngs and the sad clowns who have not posted yet. Maybe you have an idea for a 2nd F, great. Take the lead and organize it. Maybe you have a service project you think needs to get done. Great. Talk to other Pax and get a group together to get it done. You think a new beatdown will work near where you live or in some area we have not reached. Great. Find one more Pax to be a co site q and plant a flag.
