We warmed up with SSH’s, Australian Snow Angels, Weedpickers, and Imperial Walkers
We did four sets of AMRAPs – picking a card from the F3 Deck of Horrors for two minutes apiece, with a 30 second break between. After four exercises we did a Guardian Run around the parking section, and came back for more.
A good time was had by all – two minutes is a LONG TIME.
