To the pullup bars.  one group performs dead arm hang for minute while others elbow plank.
Switch and repeat.  (2 full cycles)

Run down power lines to lowest point.  Break into two groups and race back to cars.
Winner picks exercise.  Stupid Drumstick picked StarJump Burpees for everyone.  Jerk.
Rinse and Repeat switching routes.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Drumstick pre-ran and still killed the hills and the races back to the parking lot.  Think he ran so hard he couldn’t talk.  Kinda quiet today.
Kiffin disappeared after the warm-o-rama to run his own route/pace.  Get better Kiffy.  Rest that hammy and come back stronger.
Some mud on the trail swallowed Almost’s shoe.  Must have been why he didn’t win the races back to the parking lot.   Running with one shoe is challenging.  Hope your shoe has a safe trip to Middle Earth and Frodo and Sam take care of it.  Tighter laces bro.
LawDog claims Hombre was groping his breasts.  Must have been the excitement at the pullup bars.
Speaking of pull-up bars.  The Mole was showing PAX how to flex the glutes on a plank for proper form.  Everyone just kept staring at his great endowment making comments about erections.  Calm down boys.  Don’t get too excited about The Mole.  He may pull a Garfy and return the favor.
The losing team today kept whining about the unfairness of the routes chosen by the Q.  As Sean Connery says in The Rock, “Losers always whine about their best.  Winners go home and fuck the prom queen.”
