Took a lap around the parking lot before stretching then to the thang

1st – 5 man makers / 10 curls / 15 BOR / 10 OH Press suicide and repeat

2nd – 5 Lunges / 10 thrusters / 15 monkey humpers / 10 squat jacks suicide and repeat

headed back to the flag for some plank sets
