Mozy – warm-up

Mozy to bottom of Mt. Killamylunga

BD: Pax were instructed to ascend Mt. Killamylunga, stopping at each light post to complete a number of a given exercise. The exercise and the number of reps would be the same at each light post until each individual reached the top of the mountain, after which he would jog back down the other side and continue to the bottom of the mountain once again, where he would begin the same process, but with another exercise.

Lap 1: 30 monkey humpers at each light post.

Lap 2: 25 BBS at each light post.

Lap 3: 20 Merkins at each light post.

Lap 4: 15 Squat Jumps at each light post.

Lap 5: 10 Mike Tysons at each light post.

Lap 6: 5 Burpees at each light post.

Each individual worked at their own pace.

At 5:45, we concluded with COT.
