At field, one PAX did LBC while other ran and back to 10,20,30,40,50 yard line alternating with the following exercises:

10 Burpee

20 Merkin

30 Air Press

40 Flutters

50 squats

Rinse and repeating

Cool off by tossing the pigskin, and a few routes…
