The Thang

We mozzyed up to the football field for some 15s. Start by doing 15 of whatever workout, then on the other side you will do 15. Once getting back, you will do 14 on the close side and so on so forth. On the close side we did goblet squats, then we did murdur bunnies all the way to the 20 yard line. There, we did curls. Going back we will do backwards murdur bunnies.

Staying on the football field, we will ran in a diamond pattern switching between goblet squats and coupon merkins at each cone. We started with one rep, then two on the second lap, then 3, so on so forth.
